Our Traineeships provide experiential on the job training in a variety of roles to learn knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for that job. You may be required to complete courses/qualifications relevant to the role over 1-2 years and/or identify a further talent development opportunity.
Trainee Accountancy Programme
Do you want to work on real numbers and real tangible projects such as skate parks and new schools instead of funds and trusts? If so, our Trainee Accountancy Programme could be of interest to you. Our accountants enjoy delivering projects for our Island ranging from funding healthcare facilities to the Carbon Neutral Roadmap. If you are looking for a challenging but rewarding and impactful accountancy career we can provide practical experience and training opportunities to become ACCA qualified.
